Linde Bryk is a human rights lawyer specialised in strategic litigation with a focus on international human rights, public international law and business and human rights.

Linde gained thorough experience in human rights work as a Human Rights Officer for the European Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) and at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin. At ECCHR she oversaw strategic litigation cases in ECCHR’s Business and Human Rights program regarding forced labour, business and human rights and corporate accountability for international crimes. From 2010-2014, Linde litigated various matters before courts in the Netherlands with a focus on commercial litigation.

As head of strategic litigation at Bureau Clara Wichmann, Linde oversees strategic litigation cases concerning women’s rights. As the director of the Business & Human Rights Clinic at the University of Amsterdam Linde supervises and mentors students on (trans)national business and human rights cases and cause lawyering.

Linde holds an LL.M (Masters of Law) from both New York University School of Law (NYU) and the University of Groningen and is admitted to the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA).
